Haart is the name of a winemaking family going back to 1337. Based in the Mosel village of Piesport, they make some of Germany's finest sweet and off-dry Riesling (and the dry ones aren't bad either).
A good wine and chocolate pairing starts with the lightest-- white chocolate goes with a good Riesling.
